At the various conferences etc, I sometimes observe people in the coffee ☕ lines at these events . In many cases they get a cup of coffee & use a stir stick & put a plastic top on the cup to walk 10-feet back to the table, where they remove the top to throw away later. You can mix cream & coffee without a stir stick. It almost automatically mixes itself. Or a gentle swirl motion will suffice. 

And unless you're elderly or have a disability you can walk a few feet without a top on the cup.this happens even at so-called "environmental events". The stir sticks are wood fortunately but the coffee caps are plastic. USE SPARINGLY. We lived for decades without coffee cup covers. You can do it 💪
